LIC AAO Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the LIC AAO Exam 2023, the candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria which are mentioned below:
Educational Qualification
A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute. The educational qualification mentioned should be from a University/Institute/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by the Government Regulatory bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01 January 2023.
Proper documents from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 01 January 2023 have to be submitted at the time of the interview.
Age Limit
The age of the candidate must not be less than 21 years and must not exceed 30 years. The minimum age of a candidate shall be 21 years (completed) as on 01 January 2023.
The maximum age shall not be more than 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02 January 1993 and not later than 01 January 2002 both days inclusive only are eligible).
Relaxations in the upper age limit shall be as under:

LIC AAO Salary
Basic pay of Rs. 32795/- per month in the scale of Rs. 32795- 1610(14) –55335– 1745(4) –62315 and other admissible allowances as per rules.
Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, etc wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximate Rs 92870/- per month in A-Class city.
