How To Submit Nalanda Open University Assignments?

  1. It is necessary for the students of Nalanda Open University to submit assignments in the prescribed programs. For this, three questions have been given to the concerned student in each letter, out of which two questions have to be written in their handwriting in the examination book given by the university.
  2. Students are requested to write two questions in their handwriting as per instructions, self study, discretion and according to their talent, given for each letter. They have to do this by staying in their home.
  3. Their answer books will not be evaluated on copying from any book or text given by Nalanda Open University. Also, as per the rules, the university will be able to take strict action against them separately.
  4. Students are requested to write their name, nomination number and letter number on the answer-book of the assignment and its envelope. If the enrollment number is wrong, the answer sheet of the assignment will not be evaluated.
  5. Seal the assignment of each letter in separate envelopes and seal the sealed envelope with them on the day of the written examination of the relevant letter and bring it with them to the examination center, that is, on the day when the first letter is written.
  6. Bring the sealed envelope of the answer sheet for the first assignment related to the first letter to the examination hall with you and keep it in your seat. Similarly, on the same day when the second paper is written test, bring the sealed envelope of the answer sheet for the second paper related to the second day.
  7. Accordingly, on the day of written examination of other papers, bring the sealed envelope related to those letters with you and keep it in your seat. Each day the examiners related to the exam will collect your sealed envelope from your seat and take your signature on the register, which will be proof that you have submitted your assignment for the letter.
  8. Under no circumstances, send the answer sheet for the assignment, by post or courier, because the university will not accept it. After the examination of the Theory Paper in any paper is over, the Assignment Handbook related to that paper will not be accepted.
Important: In Undergraduate Courses you do not have to do the assignments of the national language i.e. Composition paper. There is a written test of 100 marks for all the students.

सत्रीय कार्य जमा करने की विधि

  1. नालन्दा खुला विश्वविद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए, निर्धारित प्रोग्राम्स में, सत्रीय कार्य जमा करना आवश्यक है। इसके लिये प्रत्येक पत्र में सम्बन्धित विद्यार्थी को तीन प्रश्न दिये गये हैं, जिनमें से दो प्रश्नों का उत्तर अपने हस्तलिपि में विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा दी हुई परीक्षा-पुस्तिका में लिखना है।
  2. विद्यार्थियों से आग्रह है कि वे प्रत्येक पत्र के लिये दिये गये, निर्देश के अनुसार, स्व अध्ययन, स्वविवेक और अपनी प्रतिभा के अनुसार दो प्रश्नों का उत्तर अपने हस्तलिपि में लिखें। यह कार्य उन्हें अपने घर में रहकर करना है।
  3. किसी भी पुस्तक या नालन्दा खुला विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा दी गयी पाठ्य सामग्री से नकल करने पर उनकी उत्तरपुस्तिका का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा। साथ ही, नियमानुसार, विश्वविद्यालय उनके विरू) अलग से भी सख्त कार्यवाही कर सकेगा।
  4. विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि सत्रीय कार्य की उत्तर-पुस्किा तथा उसके लिफाफा पर वे अपना नाम, नामांकन संख्या तथा पत्र संख्या अवश्य लिखे। नामाकंन संख्या गलत होने पर सत्रीय कार्य की उत्तर-पुस्तिका का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा।
  5. प्रत्येक पत्र के सत्रीय कार्य को अलग-अलग लिफाफों में डालकर सील कर दें और सील बन्द लिफाफा को वे सम्बन्धित पत्र की लिखित परीक्षा के दिन अपने साथ परीक्षा केन्द्र पर लेते आयें, अर्थात, जिस दिन प्रथम पत्र की लिखित परीक्षा हो, उस दिन वे प्रथम पत्र से सम्बन्धित सत्रीय कार्य की उत्तरपुस्तिका का सील्ड लिफाफा अपने साथ परीक्षा हॉल में ले आयें और उसे अपने सीट पर रख लें। इसी प्रकार, जिस दिन द्वितीय पत्र की लिखित परीक्षा हो, उसी दिन द्वितीय पत्र से सम्बन्धित सत्रीय कार्य की उत्तर पुस्तिका का सील्ड लिफाफा ले आयें।
  6. तदनुसार, अन्य पत्रों की लिखित परीक्षा के दिन, उन पत्रों से सम्बन्धित सील्ड लिफाफा अपने साथ ले आयें और उसे अपने सीट पर रख लें। प्रत्येक दिन परीक्षा से सम्बन्धित वीक्षकगण आपके सीट से आपका सील्ड लिफाफा संग्रह कर लेंगे और उपस्थित पंजी पर आपका हस्ताक्षर ले लेंगे, जो इस बात का प्रमाण होगा कि आपने पत्र के लिए अपना सत्रीय कार्य जमा कर दिया है।
  7. सत्रीय कार्य की उत्तर पुस्तिका को किसी भी हालात में डाक अथवा कुरियर से नहीं भेजें क्योंकि विश्वविद्यालय इसको स्वीकार नहीं करेगा। किसी भी पत्र में Theory Paper की परीक्षा समाप्त हो जाने के बाद, उस पत्र से सम्बन्धित सत्रीय कार्य पुस्तिका स्वीकार नहीं की जायेगी।

Important: स्नातक की परीक्षा में राष्ट्रभाषा यानी रचना (Composition) पत्र में सत्रीय कार्य नहीं करना होता है ।सभी विद्यार्थियों के लिए 100 अंको की लिखित परीक्षा होती है।
