The number of vacancies for the Combined State Services Examination is 200 and the requisition for the post of ACF/RFO has not yet been received.
UPPSC 2020 Pay Scale
The pay scale of all posts under the combined state services exam is Rs. 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4600/- (except Naib Tehsildar whose grade pay is Rs. 4200/-) to Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
UPPSC 2020 Educational Qualifications
The candidates must possess Bachelors Degree of any recognised University or equivalent qualification up to the last date for receipt of application. Below we provide you post wise essential qualification:
|Assistant conservator of Forest||A Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subject namely Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry, Statistics or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a University established by Law in India or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time, or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.|
|Range Forest Officer of Forest||A Bachelor’s Degree with two or more of the subjects, namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, Horticulture and Environment or Bechelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science from a University established by Law in India or possess a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.|

Age Limit for UPPSC Exam 2020
Candidates should not be less than 21 years of age to apply in UPPSC 2020 and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2020.
- UR/ Other Backward Class: 125/- (100 + 25 Online processing fee)
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: 65/- (40 + 25 Online processing fee)
- Handicapped Exam fee: NIL (Online processing fee Rs. 25/-)

The UPPSC selection process will complete in 3 phases which is as follows.

UPPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2020
The prelims exam of UPPSC will be taken in two papers. Exam pattern of both the papers is present below:

|Paper-2 – General Studies II (CSAT) Qualifying Nature||100||200 marks||2 Hours|
- Total time duration will be 2+2= 4 Hours.
- Paper 2 of the Prelims exam will be qualifying in nature with minumum qualifying marks fixed at 33 percent.
- Candidate have to appear in both papers of prelims examination.
