UPSC CAPF 2021 Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- The candidate must be a citizen of India to apply for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2021.
- The candidates who are subject of Nepal and Bhutan are also allowed to apply in the exam.
No other candidate can apply for the UPSC CAPF exam.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age required: 20 years
- Maximum Age should be: 25 years
Education Qualification For UPSC CAPF
- The candidate must hold a Bachelors degree from any recognized university to be eligible for UPSC CAPF 2021 Exam
- The candidates who appear in the final year of their degree course can also apply for the exam but they have to produce the final year mark sheet of the qualifying exam with the detailed application form.
UPSC CAPF AC 2021 Selection Process
The candidate has to go through the following stages to get selected for Assistant Commandant vacancies. To get a place in the final merit, the candidate has to go through the following steps
- Written Examination
- Physical test
- Interview
CAPF Assistant Commandant Exam Pattern
- Paper I & II will be in bilingual language-Hindi & English, excluding English paper
- The time duration for Paper 1 will be 2 hours.
- For Paper 2 Time duration will be 3 hours.
- The mode of Paper 1 will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
- 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong answer for paper 1.
- Paper-II is of descriptive format.
- Paper-I is qualifying in nature.
- Paper-II will only be checked of those candidates who clear Paper I.
