A total of 677 vacancies were announced for Security Assistant/Motor Transport and Multi-tasking Staff (General) posts. Eligibility Criteria
A 10th-pass candidate who fulfills all eligibility criteria as mentioned below can apply online for IB Recruitment 2023.
The required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification, age limit, and domicile have been listed below.
Education Qualification
- The candidate must have done Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education
- Possession of domicile certificate of that state against which candidates have applied.
For only SA/MT Posts
- Possession of a valid driving license for mortar cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority.
- Knowledge of motor mechanisms.
- Experience driving a mortar car for at least one year after receiving a valid driving license.
Age Limit (as on 13/11/2023)
- For Security Assistant/MT posts, the candidates must not exceed the age limit of 27 years.
- For Multi Tasking Staff, the candidates must fall in the age group of 18-25 years.
Age relaxation for the reserved category will be applied as per government norms.

Selection Process
The selection process for IB Recruitment 2023 includes the written exam (objective type), written exam (descriptive type), Driving skill, interview, document verification, and medical exam.
