The candidates have to go through 2 phases of the selection process of EPFO SSA recruitment 2023, which are:

• EPFO SSA 2023 prelims exam comprises 150 questions for 4 marks each.
• The total time duration of the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes (150 Minutes).
• There is a negative marking of 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer.
• The exam will be objective type and after qualifying for the examination candidates will be eligible for phase 2 (Skill test).

EPFO SSA Skill Test 2023

The candidates who are qualified in the CBT examination will be called for a skill test. EPFO SSA Skill Test is qualifying in nature, marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for the merit list. The authorities test the accuracy and speed of the candidate for data entry work.

A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer. 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work.
